I hate AI garbage so much -- heh2, 2026-03-12 ### *---- "Just bought, didn’t work" Bought all apps after loved your twitter app but couldn’t get this to work -- LikelyCloth4191, 2026-03-02 ### **--- "not currently functional" changes to google search sometime in the past couple weeks have overruled this extension, which hasn't been updated in a few months. but 99 cents isn't too much of a loss, and i hope this will be updated sooner or later. -- m1styfoot, 2025-11-28 ### *---- "Is it safe?" It says it can read and alter sensitive information on web pages including passwords, credit cards and phone numbers when turning on the required permissions. Why is it saying it can alter my information? -- Your mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, 2025-11-13 ### ***** "It just WORKS." Fantastic. Works exactly as described. The setup process is as simple as it could be (if you are already familiar with how to enable Safari extensions). I saw one review say the setup is unintuitive - which is true, but thats Apple’s fault for how they manage Safari extensions, not the dev. Probably the best 99¢ I’ve spent and I WILL be recommending this to all of my friends hahaha -- abapical, 2025-10-30 ### ***** "It works just like they said" It works, only problem is the lack of instructions. otherwise it’s literally perfect and totally worth the dollar for the service. -- notablackmale, 2025-10-25 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Doesn’t work at all. Total ripoff. -- Thaddeus Crunch, 2025-09-10 ### ***-- "Hides doesn't disable; AI result still loads" This works as described (hides the result) but just an FYI (or Q) that it does not appear to disable the AI function (as happens when you search with "-ai"). The AI overview loads for a split second and then disappears (on desktop). If you do not want to produce the AI result period, I do not believe this extension is the solution. (Also, perhaps it's just me, but I need to wait half a second for it to even be hidden. I ultimatedly disabled the extension.) -- brennåäâ, 2025-08-17 ### ***** "Works & Quick Easy Setup" I never leave reviews I am for this extension as it’s such a relief that I had to support the dev who put this together. If you are at all bothered by Google’s intrusive AI Overviews, get this immediately. —————— You could just use a different search engine, but then you get worse search results. With this extension, YOU once again control when you search the web or query an LLM, which obviously have very different use cases. -- V …- as in Victor, 2025-07-05 ### ***** "preciate yall" i was worried there wouldn't be an app to get rid of the ai, but then this came up now i can look stuff up like normal again. hoping this catches on -- invadercammy, 2025-07-05 [View all AI Overview Hider for Google reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## AI Overview Hider for Google Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Productivity | #23 | | Top Paid | Azerbaijan | Productivity | #157 | | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Overall | #227 | | Top Paid | Belarus | Productivity | #244 | ## AI Overview Hider for Google Discovered Keywords - ai overview hider for google ## Apps Similar to AI Overview Hider for Google - [Productive.ai - Call Recording](https://apptail.io/app/productiveai-call-recording-pjcb/united-states) - [cAI, Private AI (f.k.a AnonAI)](https://apptail.io/app/cai-private-ai-fka-anonai-NeOt/united-states) - [qGPT365](https://apptail.io/app/qgpt365-Zhiv/united-states) - [AKY](https://apptail.io/app/aky-tGnv/united-states) - [Tarax AI: Offline AI Chat](https://apptail.io/app/tarax-ai-offline-ai-chat-Ctpv/united-states) - [锦囊妙计: 本地AI记忆](https://apptail.io/app/ai-KZEv/united-states) - [AIAI.com - All-in-One](https://apptail.io/app/aiaicom-all-in-one-uqSv/united-states) - [DeepAI: AI Chat, Image & Video](https://apptail.io/app/deepai-ai-chat-image-video-Iuyw/united-states) - [LLM Power Tools](https://apptail.io/app/llm-power-tools-eQwx/united-states) - [PodAI](https://apptail.io/app/podai-uIOx/united-states) ## AI Overview Hider for Google Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/united-states) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/japan) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/canada) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/germany) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/norway) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/poland) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/mexico) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/new-zealand) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/croatia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/israel) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/iceland) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/kazakhstan) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/nigeria) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/pakistan) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/saudi-arabia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/thailand) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/tunisia) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/australia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/south-africa) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/belgium) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/brunei) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/cyprus) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/egypt) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/ai-overview-hider-for-google-BIJu/greece) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
