It answers calls in a natural voice, captures every detail, and makes sure nothing important — and no one — slips through the cracks. Whether you're running a business solo or just tired of missing calls, Rimlyn picks up when you can't, takes the message, books the appointment, and hands you a clean summary the moment you're free. ANSWERS YOUR PHONE Rimlyn greets callers in a real, natural voice and handles the conversation 24/7. Missed a call after hours? Rimlyn answers, qualifies the caller, and tells you exactly what they wanted. BOOKS APPOINTMENTS FOR YOU When a caller wants time on your calendar, Rimlyn schedules it and syncs straight to your calendar — no back-and-forth, no double-booking. EVERY CALL BECOMES A SUMMARY Get a clean write-up of every call: the key points, names, numbers, prices, and next steps. Skim what happened in seconds instead of replaying voicemails. TURNS PROMISES INTO REMINDERS "I'll send that over tonight." Rimlyn catches the commitments made on your calls and turns them into reminders with checklists, so you actually follow through. JUST ASK YOUR CALLS ANYTHING Search your call history in plain language. Ask "What did I promise Sarah this week?" or "Who wanted a callback?" and get the answer with the exact calls to back it up. LEARNS YOUR BUSINESS Train Rimlyn on your hours, services, and FAQs so it answers like someone who actually works for you.
