I just downloaded the app, paid $10 for a week of full access, and I get an error every time I try to use the instant remodel feature. I have a good internet connection and the picture is the correct resolution and file size. I’m disappointed. I downloaded a competitors app and it works fine.

I downloaded this app on Dec 16 for the three day trial period because I wanted to see if it is worth the price. Immediately after downloading and signing on, I canceled the subscription so I would not forget ! Lo and behold, without warning from the developer or Apple, I was charged a full week. Apple refused to assist and the developer says only Apple can refund. A Catch 22! This is pretty scammy of both Apple and the developer. Not only is the charging mechanism inherently scammy, the app gives the same robotic responses to photos, creating designs that include major construction changes, even when set on “low” modification features. Or worth the time, money or headache ! The developer just responded. I sent a screenshot of the listed options with the second choice stating “3d trial.” I am waiting for an explanation . Apple paid 0 attention to my refund request.

Good in theory but not fully cooked. The app uses AI to revise photos of your home or make suggestions. The problem is that usually the suggestions are poor and they just ask you for feedback, basically having you train the AI. Usually this is something an AI company would do in free beta but this app has no trial version so if you want to try it out you will be paying $10/wk to train the app for them. I suspect in the coming months several companies will have similar fully cooked apps as there is a lot of development in this area.
