Best AI Therapy app!
I really love this app. I use it in between sessions with my therapist. I use it when I need to talk things out or empty my mind or when I need some help processing things. It’s very useful. I really like that you can customize the panda and customize their personality and how they respond to you. Cause I really don’t do well with the Mindful breathing type therapy so I’m happy that there’re alternatives unlike most apps. I recommend this to anyone. I’ve tried a few different apps that kind of make me roll my eyes because it’s the same thing. But the customization really makes a difference in this app. It’s really cool! And the articles from the developer are really good as well.
