AI Therapy - Sintelly

So I had encountered this app on social media, it is a great app! And best of all I don’t have to pay for a therapist. I don’t know why apps make you pay for therapy but this app is at the top of my list! Great app!!!! Hopefully I get a reply 🤞

UPDATE: Issue resolved and it was a mistake on my part. I’m still learning to use the app, but it has potential. This was supposed to have been a free lifetime membership. I did as instructed and selected lifetime after on boarding. Instead, I was charged $32.99. I am furious and if this becomes a recurring charge, I will report it to Apple. I expect it to be taken care of right away since you have no customer service for me to talk to. It’s very difficult.

I would have emailed if I saw a link. I for now gave a 5 star review because I didn’t want my questions to affect your ratings. I downloaded this app yesterday while you had the free lifetime. I couldn’t get it to work to register it. Would it be possible to try getting the free lifetime again? Thanks

This app is really awesome but does not have multilingual support. I tried to talk in Spanish using the app interface but always reference to English. Please add multilingual support on the ui and also on the tools. Regards @JRGN

Glitchy app.

I noticed 6 types within one minute after agreeing to a 3 day trial. For example...”debat” instead of “debate.” The fact that I have already seen this many typos, makes me question if I can trust the test questions and know I’m learning correct information. Also not many questions for each subject.

Sintelly is awesome! Looks great, it’s very straightforward, & offers rich content! It’s one of the educational apps worth checking out!
