## AI Video Generator Reviews in United States

### *---- "Beware"
I purchased a week subscription and purchased $20 worth of credits and when I woke up the next morning, my credits disappeared. My subscription was not over and the people who manages the app switched my account from a Pro plan back to a free plan after I paid my money. I could not get my money’s worth. I spent 2 days going back and forth with them just for them to dismiss my concern. Please understand that anybody in the world can create an app so be conscious of who you pay your money to. I had to submit a fraud claim because they refused to refund my money after they stole my credits back. I am HIGHLY disappointed.
-- @Yasu_Salome, 2026-09-29

### *---- "Complete scam"
Don’t buy they want to charge u 100$ up front than give you 30 credit but to make video u need at least 36 and they want 20 more for that … DONT BUY
-- Kevlopez5212, 2026-09-23

### ***** "Great app"
I’ve yet to find a easier to use more unique app
-- obadiah2112, 2026-07-28

### **--- "Why lie"
It’s not free
-- AIDAVEY ROCKS, 2026-06-28

-- Suba_355, 2026-05-31

### *---- "bad"
How can I pay before I’ve even seen what you created? I need to be satisfied with the work first.
-- Hediehzbr, 2026-05-28

### *---- "Horrible app wouldn’t recommend"
Many things wrong with this app.
1. In order to get credits you have to buy credits as a package as in you have to spend $99+ to get credits every week.
2. The video quality is horrible and there’s never enough credits to generate more than 3 videos.
3. It takes like 10 minutes to generate 1 video and most of the time the video says “fail” so you are not just wasting money but also your time.
4. The contact support team either does not respond or takes forever to respond.
5. I requested a refund because I wanted to cancel my subscription right away when I saw that my videos wouldn’t even generate and they still haven’t got back to me.
I do not recommend this app to anyone, it would be better if you found a different AI generator because this one is expensive and doesn’t even generate videos 80% of the time.
-- DrTrapanese, 2026-05-14

### *---- "Mala"
-- Kissiedhat, 2026-05-05

### *---- "Stay away from this App"
They’ll charge you without notice. No cancellation option in the App. AI isn’t good as advertised. They refused to refund my money. The worst experience.
-- Jantanee.somo, 2026-04-27

### *---- "Why do I need pro to download a video that is done generating."
This sucks. Add 10 daily credits now. Also, WHY DO I NEED TO PAY TO WATCH A VIDEO THAT IS DONE GENERATING. THIS SUCKS, I HATE YOU!!!
-- RDN7❤️iOS, 2026-04-14

### *---- "Really bad"
Don’t waste your money
-- VictJavier, 2026-03-02
