AIA eBenefits makes insurance claim uncomplicated. User friendly apps too.
Not too difficult to process claims as the apps guides what  to do next. AIA do things trouble free for insurance claims. And they process is quick, I received my money back and CPF deductions. Great job! Kudos!

As title - the password requires no ‘common words’, ‘common keystroke patterns’ and other ridiculous requirements. Forces me to waste 30 minutes if I need to reset it. Unbelievably frustrating. Then for about every action you take you need an otp, even if you just did the OTP. The overall feel of this app and the way it loads is just clunky and slow. For this kind of company to have this horrible app experience, I am amazed.
