I’ve need always advocating on AIA vitality for such great effort to encourage Policy holder to live in a healthy lifestyle, working out and health assessment. With the move of removing Strava from the linking system to track workout, it’s the MOST RIDICULOUS, INCONSIDERATE actions AIA as a Company has ever taken. My suspicious (can be wrong) is to fulfill the partnership with Huawei, Garmin and the most unreliable device Fitbit where the partnership promises conversions rate of more ppl using the devices given the 20% discount. In my opinion, not everyone will want to spend money buying another watch when the current is functioning well. This is absurd move where the customer service said to turn on Strava app while working out/ running/ doing sports to have the workout tracked. If someone were to do weight training carrying 20kg weights, how to hold the phone? Absurd.

Fix your app for iOS. it been so long. unable to configure Face ID. Page get stuck at loading page. this is getting so irritating.
