I use an Oppo watch with heytap but didn’t work." The synch step didn't work. Just be careful what smartwatch or band. Apps like Strava are good but didn't synch my walk to heytap Also heytap synch steps to the Apple health app but didn’t consider them on AIA. That is unfair, my legs are tired. -- Jamnyorski, 2024-12-31 ### ***-- "Points not syncing" No resolution for points not syncing -- HannahThe, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Failed login" This is hands-down the worst financial app I've downloaded. I consistently get the _Failed login_ message and therefore can't use it. The website is *far* more useful, so the app only takes up storage space and has no reason to exist. IPad 9th generation, 64GB iPadOS 18.1.1 -- ᜇᜈᜒᜁᜎ᜔ ᜁᜐ᜔ᜃᜐ, 2024-12-16 ### **--- "Error in syncing" Encountering issue in syncing steps & points crediting to AIA Vitality app. Fitbit to Vitality app - I reached the required steps (minimum of 14k per day) but upon syncing, either 50 points or 0 points received. Also, different number of steps count reflected and not the actual count. This is the 2nd week that I encountered problem in syncing. After the Nov 28, vitality app update. I already emailed the support team on dec 2, but still with the same issue. -- Gilly.07, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Steps not syncing" After the recent update, steps recorder from Apple health does not sync properly. -- Gefpr24, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "Not Working" I’ve tried logging in numerous times but it doesn’t proceed to any new page. It just stays on the login page doing nothing. -- raven0890, 2024-11-18 ### *---- "🙄🙄" This app is stupid. Unable to login my account. It did not even show any error, but being stuck on the login page. Please fix your app. -- JV14392, 2024-11-04 ### *---- "Bad ux" Nag try ako mag hit ng weekly goal, hirap i claim yung voucher di ko alam saan iclaclaim may instruction na “openn now” pero saan. Dapat pag na complete yung goal. Meron agad button to claim rewards sa page ng weekly goal na mismo. Di ako nakapagclaim ewan ko if pwede pa kaya yon. Paano kami gaganahan mag participate sa goals. Tapos wala pang Support section sa app mismo. -- StudentPH, 2024-09-16 ### *---- "Cannot Redeem" Two weeks been encountering error ‘invalid captcha’!!! -- tinsjr22, 2024-08-17 ### *---- "Cannot log in" Im sure my connection is strong -- Merie1525, 2024-07-13 [View all AIA Vitality Philippines reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## AIA Vitality Philippines Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Philippines | Health Fitness | #84 | ## AIA Vitality Philippines Discovered Keywords - healthie - healthy living - healthy desserts - aia - vitality - vital - healthy life - healthy lifestyle - vitality today - virals ## AIA Vitality Philippines Available In - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/philippines) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/united-states) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/hong-kong) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/india) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/sri-lanka) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/luxembourg) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/malta) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/bulgaria) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/croatia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/sweden) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/slovakia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/aia-vitality-philippines-Vqge/saudi-arabia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
