I was surprised the app upload service seemed to be subscription based. Contacted customer services who eventually confirmed as follows- Thanks for reaching out to us. Subscription is suitable for uploading more than 50 photos and videos longer than 15 seconds at a time. Upload no more than 50 photos at a time, free of charge. - The app when paired with the frame works seamlessly to upload pictures. Now it is confirmed there is no forced subscription cost for up to fifty photos at a time, this frame is certainly a great option and great value too. Recommended.

Someone really decided to charge 20USD per month to allow basic functionality of the product that you sold? I bought this as a gift and I feel ashamed

Bought it as it was sold as convenient way to upload multiple photos. App changed to then charging for uploading more than 9 at once. No product support

Only 5 pictures at a time can be uploaded using this app while others can do 50+ without subscribing!

The frame doesn’t work without sending them more money (“a subscription “)

Should have to pay to make full use of the frame you have already paid for disappointing
