### ***** "Easy, Effective, and Delicious"
My wife and I could not have found this app at a better time. The internet has simply been around for so long that while yes, everything is out there somewhere, finding a place where it’s consolidated at the tips of your fingers is just seemingly impossible, until now. No one has time anymore to scour the web for workout videos or nutrition fads that seem to contradict themselves within the year. This app is easy to use for even the least tech savvy, and Chad and Maria hand out a sustainable nutrition and workout plan in seconds. No 10 minute click bait videos. No bizarre eating habits. No expensive gym contracts you stop going to. And every piece of advice you could ask for from real trainers at a moments notice. I’m sure Chad and Maria won’t stop updating and improving this app because they really do care about your personal goals, fitness, and well being.

If you’re looking forward to start a healthier life style this is the right app for you. I’ve been with AIO coach for a little bit more than a month and it’s just great! You can choose the areas you’d like to work on and the app gives you the option to either set your exercises at home or at the gym. Also, there is a video for every single exercise which I think it’s very helpful. You can set the days you’d like to work out and the days you’d like to rest. 

Let’s not forget about the nutrition plan! It’s all customized to our goals and you can track your own macros. The recipes are so BOMB and easy to make!

### ***** "This is the app you need to start your fitness journey"
I’ve been using this app for about a month. This is a great app. As its name says ALL IN ONE. It customize your workout for you, if you are working with Chad or Mafe as coaches you can chat with them through the app. 

It allows you to pick your target areas to workout and depending of your goals. Pick the equipment you have at the gym or at home. It also shows you small videos of how to perform the exercises. 

What I love the most it’s the nutrition part. It gives you the calories and macronutrients you need to follow… and the best part: IT AUTOMATICALLY COUNTS IT FOR YOU. You just need to pick one of the delicious and healthy recipes they made or just do it by Quick add. 

I can say these are excellent training plans they are taking the best of me. After a workout with the app I feel amazing and stronger.

Esta aplicación esta demasiado increíble. Literal lo tienes todo en una aplicación; desde el conteo de macros hasta recetas increíbles. Los entrenamientos los puedes adaptar de acuerdo a tiempo, objetivo; algo que me encanta que puedes elegir si quieres entrenar en casa o en el gym y seleccionar el equipment que tengas. Realmente es una aplicación que está súper completa, por cada ejercicio tienes un video demostrativo de cómo hacerlo. AIOcoach es the best app para entrenamientos.
