## AIPHONE IXG Reviews in United States

### **--- "Works Sometimes"
Just had a new Aiphone system installed in our building. Had to buy a crazy expensive part, IXGW-GW is the part to get the app to work. It works maybe 3 out of 10 times daily.
-- Nickaroni22, 2024-11-12

### ***-- "Door bell"
Does t always open for me. Very frustrating!!!!
-- Stqce, 2024-09-04

### ***-- "Answering issues"
25 or 30% of the time, when the doorbell rings and I try to answer it, it doesn’t work. It’s kind of frustrating sometimes it’s just easier to run down and open the door.
-- mac82454, 2024-06-17

### *---- "Not good"
Too hard to setup and program
-- mtapp1955, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Not compatible with iOS?"
This app stopped working on my iPhone. Error message says the microphone is disabled but there is no setting in the app, or in my phone settings, to enable permissions for the microphone. My colleague with an iPhone reports the same.
-- JJ1357913579, 2024-05-07

### *---- "Bad"
Hardly ever functional
-- vic56!, 2024-04-15

### *---- "Slow to load front door video"
It takes a long time for the video to load, leaving people waiting and waiting for you to respond to the buzzer.
-- MrJugHead, 2024-04-02

### **--- "Super slow with new updates"
This app used to be pretty quick to pick up when someone called from the door. It now takes a good 15 seconds to answer. The UI changed a bit, but none of that should warrant taking such a long time to answer.
-- Justin Daigle, 2024-04-02

### *---- "Terrible"
Way too many steps to answer the phone
-- Shari…, 2024-02-27

### **--- "Slow"
To slow to respond my visitors leave before the I pad will pull up voice or visual
-- Sara quill, 2024-02-27
