اسوء شركة طيران على الإطلاق - رغم اني سافرت عليها اكثر من مره لكني لم احتك بعمال الشركة غير مره واحده الوزن لو كيلو زياده يحاسبونك عليه وحتى اللاب توب يدفعك وزنه ومعامله غير احترافية ولا ادمية لا أوصي بالسفر خلالهم

Don’t trust the free cancellation and free refund.
The first time I knew that administrations are not included in the free return, free cancellation. Airarabia were not like that before. I prefer to pay little bit more (less than 100 AED) and get more benefits.

The worst application I’ve ever used
This is by far the worst booking app i’ve ever used !!! This also applies to the website. It always crashes !!!!!
Worst app ever
Spent 1 hour trying to book tickets for myself and my family. Went through the entiiiiiire process twice and as soon as I would click on CONFIRM after finalizing all the fine pieces of details, the app froze on my face and restarted. Absolute waste of my time and energy. Insha Allah will not travel by this airline which charges a fare very close to the leading airline and yet can’t get their app to work properly and have no respect for customers time.
App and Web booking - LOW GRADE
I haven’t seen such a low grade website and mobile App from any airline. The app would default passenger DOB (to a date from its own mind) and wouldn’t let the user to edit. Website is at another level - wouldn’t go beyond the payment screen and lands back on the search flights page (prompting to click OK - god only knows for what). GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, GUYS!!
Bad app/website
Weird way to sign up, doesn’t do proper discounts then you go back and it does it . Then price includes extra charges for no reason. You can’t change basic details and then gives an error . Tried to call them and no help other than go to the main office. It is so bad, the worst experience booking I’ve ever had.
