Air Canada + Aeroplan

It been happening few time lately that we cant see or segment

App does not respond well.

Why do I need to login to the app and then login again within the app to rent a car and then login again to see my aeroplan points and also need confirm with my email each time. What a joke. Super annoying. Either do it all in the app or keep it separate like it was before. I don’t want to access a website through the app. Dumb.

The App has everything you need. Aeroplan points updated on time every month. Loads of offers always available. Smooth operation always. Zero complaints.

Vous devriez ajouter les infos sur les grosseurs de bagages, les ml pour le shampoo etc.

Great to have the multi city booking option on the app now. Thank you. Request that activity on points be made so we can filter by the dates points are added. Currently when earned on the e-store, points can be added many weeks after purchase; you just see your total increase and not know what got added unless you have some spreadsheet or similar to track.....and that is not easy.

Always up to date, informative information at your finger tips. Easy to use, book, monitor etc. Air Canada App must have.

Why are they so out of touch? Shd be updating pax’s more✈️ frequently with so many cx or delayed - diverted flights! Each and every 15min especially when they are just sitting at gate waiting themselves?! Overall they are helpful especially in YOW & YHZ. :)
