This app used to be amazing and helped me so much last year, but this year whenever I try to use it there’s a new problem. First it was watching ads and not getting any tickets for it like promised, but now I don’t even have the option to watch ads to get tickets at all. This app went wayyyyy down hill.
Don’t get it
It’s horrible for someone who wants to get the answer quickly and efficiently it’s a waste of time just look for a different app trust.
it used to be good
they recently updated it and you can’t get any answers unless you buy the plan or if you download some other apps which you still don’t get tickets . You used to be able to watch ads to be able to get the answers/tickets but they recently removed that which i hate cus it was such a good app now they don’t have that anymore and i don’t wanna buy the plan.
Disappointed.
I once rated this app at 5 stars and honestly would have put it beyond that for its simplicity and tutors that would reply through chats back when this app first launched. i’ve had the app for years and i’ve seen it go through so many changes. most for the worst, it seems as though the app sold out. there are frequent plugs for ads and subscriptions as well as other various marketing tactics on the app. which in itself marking isn’t an issue when you can get funded for the creation of your app and reward the user with tickets. however, the significant decrease of tickets offered in comparison with the amount old advertisement offers provided users is worrying. how do you expect users to feel when you were once able to get up to a hundred or even a thousand tickets for tasks for advertisements you were promoting but now only give you twenty at most. not to mention the fact your asking for subscriptions to these plugs which don’t even match the value of the tickets given in amount. don’t commercialize something that on its own is great, don’t be greedy to the users, and keep the offers as they were. people love simplicity, they want answer your app provides it. the moment you introduce impossible tasks you have to spend money on for little to no tickets it loses what’s drawing people in.
No ads to earn tickets otherwise signing up for something won’t earn you tickets
I would use this app all the time for help until now their is no way for me to use it unless paying the free with ads was nice until now their is no way to earn tickets to solve problems and signing up for things as it said did not earn me any tickets as I signed up for many things.

It was good at first, but now it just wants you to watch ads, play games, and take surveys to actually get the help you need from a tutor .

Very glitchy
This app isn’t bad, not at all. It gives a lot of correct answers and it’s very useful especially for math. My issue is that the app is buggy and whenever I need it to work properly it doesn’t. It’s glitchy, it freezes, the ads I watch to redeem more questions don’t give me my questions. It’s aggravating really. Mid exams it won’t work it’s very very annoying
