After update 1.0.1, I cannot log in to my account  and changing password does not work. It still says “invalid login ID and password combination” after changing twice and now I have to remember a whole new password. Can’t send feedback through the app either as “unknown error occurred”. FAQ page needs me to log in to my account to get help which I cannot. I need to go back to using jompay.

The app is a joke.
1. Doesn’t recognise your old account meaning you can just log in again in the new app using your previous log in details
2. Forgot password option leads to OTP being sent to someone else’s phone and email as the phone no and email shown is not mine (meaning the database is not syncing)
3. Try reregistering, and guess what it recognises my email and ID.
4. But that’s about it, once you reregister you need to add back the accounts one by one as it’s not auto populated.
5. To give back feedback using the app, it still asks for your name, phone number, phone type etc.Am already logged in not sure why it can’t recognise my details.
6. Oh and cherry on the cake - you can’t report an issue/ feedback as an error message pops up.

Airselangor and TNB both famous for data breach and selling off personal data why should this app required to capture those? 

Just tried apply for new phone number and punch in to it. Immediately you got spam by unknown caller with all your details.

All the water accounts from the previous are gone. Tried to register via air selangor portal & upload company forms also cannot, call 15300 3 times problem not resolved & finally asked me to walk in to AIS jln templer PJ. I went there but the counter staff said she also do not know citing “ini semua masalah apps” so who should we refer to???

Cannot even login to my account on this upgrade version. When I want to reset the password using IC, the code send to the wrong email & phone number that I didn’t even know about. Weird enough using my own IC but the email and phone number didn’t belong to me. If up to me, no star at all I’ll be giving. But need to at least rate 1 star for this review to be submitted. 🙄

Mandatory 12 character alphanumeric-symbol password, full image of I/C…  the requirements are too much. Not even the banks ask this much. Why make it so secure? Who would want to login to pay my bills for me?

I don’t understand why Air Selangor upgraded the apps from the working one to the one that isn’t working at all! I could not access as apparently the password I registered was incorrect. Changed the password and still told incorrect. At least, for the second one, I am very sure I inserted the correct password. And why do I need to create a 12 characters password? Not that I stored millions of ringgit in the account that are at risk of being stolen!!!

I had so much trouble using this new app. First my account did not appear after i keyed in all the details, when i try to re-enter the details it says that account already saved. Next i paid my bills and after money being deducted, it says that payment was unsuccessful!!
