Purchased 10GB eSIM for travel to Japan and the Philippines. Fast and easy install eSIM. Highly recommended.
Never connected in Fiji, spotty in NZ. Had to buy local sim anyways
What’s going on a five country Pacific tour, my Airalo Sim never connected in Fiji, so I had to buy a local Sim anyways. In New Zealand has been spotty… Will it connect to the other three countries? Tech support was terrible telling me to do what I already did by following the instructions… premium price for subpar performance.
No coverage- not even in urban US areas

My experience with Airalo app
My experience with a Airalo was great. I saved a lot of money during my travel as compared to my own cell phone provider, which charges a much higher roaming charge. When I traveled with the Airalo app, I was able to save a significant amount and have sufficient data in the location I was in. I would highly recommend this app for anyone traveling abroad. I would however, state that it doesn’t give you flexibility in adding on additional data minutes on top of the packages offered. You would have to buy a new eSIM package if you run out of data or minutes on the plan you purchased already.

Doesn’t work all the time
It’s not as seamless as they would tell you. I needed tech support help 4 times in my trip. Took away precious time from my family to get it to work. I will shop elsewhere next time
Price
A bit pricey sometimes but actually works so far so the peace of mind is worth it for me, shopping around for a cheaper could be worth it but I like knowing it actually works
