It’s really easy to book as long as you get all information correct before u pay as getting it back is hard. But lately I’ve had some great experiences & all went smoothly

It kept crushing regardless of install uninstall cycle on a new app. Can you fix It.

Estou com um problemão já 4 semanas na minha conta do Airbnb, onde eu tenho 6 propriedades e esta conta foi invadida por um hacker e o mesmo trocou meu banco de recebimento pelo PayPal dele. Por sorte eu estou sempre antenada e logo percebi o que havia acontecido. Comuniquei q central do ocorrido e desde então eu não consigo mais colocar o Meu Banco do Brasil para eu receber meus aluguéis. Já liguei várias vezes, já mandei email .. e eles me mandam de setor pra setor e ninguém soluciona o meu caso. Muito estressante e frustrante. Mais de 4 anos que tenho a conta, sou super host e os eles não tem mínimo de agilidade para questões como esta.

As a Superhost for years, I’ve always trusted Airbnb to provide fair and reliable support when issues arise. Unfortunately, this trust has been eroded over the past year due to the poor performance of their Resolution Center. Recently, a guest caused significant damage to my property, and despite providing detailed evidence (photos, repair estimates, and receipts), Airbnb refused to reimburse the repair costs. The process was frustratingly slow, and their communication was vague and unhelpful. As a Superhost, I’ve consistently gone above and beyond to maintain high standards for guests, but it’s disheartening to see Airbnb fail to offer the same level of care to its hosts. If the platform continues to neglect its responsibility to protect hosts, it will become increasingly difficult to trust or recommend Airbnb to others. Hosts deserve better support for the time, effort, and risks we take. It’s a shame to see such a lack of accountability from a platform we helped grow.

Airbnb will always look after the host first before the guest. Stayed at a property that had 4 levels and didn’t even go to the top level outside as the weather was no good. Airbnb charges me for brand new chairs to pay for previously broken 10 year old chairs that are falling apart I never even used. The property also had a massive water leak inside making the tiles and metal stairs very slippery. One of the guest fell over face first on the wet floor and broke one of the glasses and Airbnb charges me for 6 glasses. Make sure to go through the whole property and take photos of any previous damage and count all the plates and glasses when you get there and leave otherwise Airbnb will charge you. Any messages that you send to them are responded to by automated messages and they don’t care about anything you say.

Forcing an update of the app linked with the Os update. The app cannot be used anymore ! What can I do ?

It's very useful service but the app does not list details clearly when searching the information hierarchy needs an overhaul. I just book a place I thought was an entire place with two queen beds. Turns out is a room only in shared an apartment with one queen bed, I suppose the was 2 referring to 2 people but it was not listed that way. Theses details need to be searchable and clear when assessing a bunch of options.

Airbnb’s current service fees are quite high, which has increased costs for both hosts and guests, yet the service quality remains average. Guests often can’t get an accurate picture of the property until they arrive. Hosts’ protections are also limited in many ways, and they often have to further reduce their profits. I advise people not to enter the Airbnb host market lightly—it may be less profitable than long-term rentals and involves constant worries.

So annoying having to set filters at the trip level. Every. Single. Search. I always want Instant Book turned on as requesting to book is a waste of everyone’s time (they always say no and immediately put the price up). I never want a room, I always want a whole place. I only ever want to set a specific maximum nightly rate (no, I am not going to pay $2,000 a night, I don’t care what you are). No, I never want to see a studio. So why can’t I turn on some things at global and then fine tune it if I need too? Feels very basic to me for an app that is 10+ years old.
