Mon expérience avec Airbnb a été excellente jusqu’à ce problème qui est arrivé durant Noël 2023. J’étais en voyage à Milan et un problème mineur fait que le propriétaire voulait que je paye 50 euros de compensation. Moi comprenant tout à fait paye de suite la somme à celui-ci. Nous avons moi et mes amis fait en sorte de régler et de très bien laver l’appartement et donc le propriétaire content a décidé généreusement de nous rendre les 50 euros. Ma surprise a été de voir que sans mon consentement cette argent a été transféré vers mon compte airbnb et non mon compte bancaire. J’ai appelé 3 fois Airbnb afin de récupérer mon argent mais 3 fois cela a été vain. Il est inadmissible selon moi de prendre de l’argent à ces clients et de se prénommer « meilleure plateforme de location au monde ». Je n’ai jamais voulu mettre de l’argent sur ce compte et les employés de Airbnb face a ce problème me disent que rien n’est changeable et un remboursement ne sera pas procédé. J’espère qu’aucune autre personne sera atteint par le même problème parce que se faire voler comme cela n’est jamais plaisant.

Ne louez pas votre bien avec ce site
expérience vécue en tant que propriétaire : ne louez pas votre bien via Airbnb. Leur support client est inexistant en cas de litige avec le client. Mise à jour 2024 : en tant que client ce n’est pas mieux. En cas de litige le support client est également inexistant et clôture les dossiers sans y répondre. Si votre location se passe bien vous n’aurez aucun problème … MAIS SI VOUS AVEZ LE MOINDRE SOUCI … la vous seriez bien embêté car vous n’aurez réellement aucun support de la part de AirBNB. Ils sont payés pour vous décourager de leur parler. Votre dossier va passer d’opérateur en opérateur pour au final être clôturé sans raison ni solution. Vous recréez en dossier .. et c’est reparti pour un tour 🤬
New version is less user friendly
The new version of the app includes some new search filters like 'popular' or 'vinyard'. However, it seems impossible to switch these filters off. I just want to see everything! Now I have to select each filter, one by one, to see all the available options. And they are a lot! After years in business, there is still no option to sort or filter on review score. That's pretty basic in my eyes. I see so much clutter, so many properties that aren't suitable for me. The filtering on beds could also be improved. You can filter on the amount of beds, but it doesn't make a distinction between single or double beds. If you only want to see properties that have a double bed, there is no way to indicate it. You have to go through the details of each property, a serious waste of time. Lastly, a filter to exclude couch beds from the number of available beds would also be useful. Giving the cut that Airbnb takes on each booking, I'd expect a lot more innovation and new features throughout the years.

Aucun suivi à temps quand on demande de l assistance . Vu la marge que rbnb prends ca serais bien de savoir communiquer avec . A part ça , application très pratique . J adore . Tant qu il n y a pas de problème . . .
Probleem met merge accounts
AirBnB heeft al jaren (van voor 2016!) een probleem dat mensen via verschillende middelen inloggen (PC, app,..) en waarbij een andere inlog methode wordt gebruikt. Hierdoor zitten je boekingen en reviews op meerdere accounts. AirBnB weigert al jaren om die merge account te voorzien zodat je je reviews niet kwijt bent. Als je support contacteert antwoorden ze zelfs gewoon niet meer wanneer ze merken dat het over dit probleem gaat. Gewoon onbeleefd.

Co-hôte l’application est mal pensée
L’application a un point faible. En tant que co-hôte je gère absolument tout. Nous sommes en couple mais chacun a son compte afin que nos invités sachent avec qui ils parlent. L’inconvénient majeur est que malgré que le hôte principal (mon mari) me donne accès à tout, sur mon compte de co-hôte je ne vois absolument rien dans la rubrique statistiques et là rubrique « super hôte ». Ni ce qui a été versé, ni ce qui sera versé, ni les critères qu’on remplit pour être super hôte. Bref c’est vraiment décourageant pour le co-hôte qui gère tout de A à Z. Je dois à chaque fois changer de compte pour accéder à ces informations. L’autre point faible: les notifications ne sont pas envoyées à temps
