Please show (hosting side) in Calendar page: “Cancelation policy” info for host …for each reservation, because now is very hard to find Cancelation policy for each Reservation (if Host have much listings and much reservations)! 2) Why is changed PUSH NOTIFICATION tone?? 3) you have too much updates, no changelog 4) Why is not possible COPY Confirmation code
Hosting not like discrimination Delay in response with your issues If there a cancellation and refund it takes a long time Customer service lies to the customer, the need to close a ticket no matter your issue. Expensive fees no credibility that you will be in cleane host The worst experiences i have before
The customer service response very late (you can wait for a response all day), every person there claims different thing, nothing seems to be valid and reliable. They are simply lying about something (the host confirmed with them a refund and agreed on it and they claim us he denied the refund, everything is written in the messages, what it is then??) If anyone from the “support” team is reading this, I talk about reservation number: HM5QSE5ZBR. In this moment it seems we are loosing all our money for the stay (approx. 640 €) without staying not even a minute in the accommodation! I am really desperate now, because there is no way how to solve this from our side. We are just waiting whole day for a single message from them that is not solving anything.
Didn’t expect that company that positions itself user-driven, would prioritize the hosts over guests. Lately we had a horrible experience using the service. Not only the host ripped off us from stay in the booked apartment, but later Airbnb removed our review explaining it as “The guest didn’t stay there”. Just wow! Will never every use this service again and will caution everyone to consider using Booking or direct host booking systems as it’s way more reliable, user-friendly and often times chapter for the same quality.
Majority of hosts don’t care about common-sense sanitary rules, and AirBnb doesn't even send them basic instructions about that. Majority of reviews are overpositive, useless and do not mention any real issues. It used to be a nice authentic service, not it is dangerous scheme hurting your health and economy. If you arrive at a place you rented for a month, and it isn't as you expected so you decide to leave and the host agrees to send you part of your money back you will chat with more than 20 AB support managers who will write you huge meaningless letters and do not solve any of your issues.
The most horrible experience of your holidays is when your host cancel your accommodation the same day when you travel to your final destination and Airbnb didn’t find any solution to don’t finish on the street. The worst call center and comunication I have ever talk with. Never more!!! Be careful with this company!
Jedna z věcí, pro kterou s touto aplikací končím je, že pronajímatel vás nemusí akceptovat (u nás se to stalo ve dvou ze dvou případů), ceny nejsou, až tak výhodné oproti hotelům či penzionům a takzvané pet friendly ubytování je taky jeden velký výsměch… No, raději Booking, tam vás tolik “nevypečou”.
They will side with the owner and will refuse to give you back the cleaning fee even if you found excrements on your bed and you took photos or recorded. A situation like that ( no excrement ) happened to me. They won’t pressure the hosts to repair basic services of the apartment. God forbids that you are stuck one month in a situation like that, as it happened to me, where you claim that they cancel your reservation because of this. and give you a new option to stay, as where you live is almost unlivable. And you keep protesting and Airbnb only ignores you.
I cannot do anything since the app falls down all the time, like every ten secs.
