Can't in good conscience support an app who's CEO is part of DOGE's destruction of the US Government, even as a European.

Jeg havde en udfordring med mit seneste ophold, men Airbnb’s kundeservice gik langt ud over mine forventninger for at hjælpe mig. Monali fra supportteamet var utrolig imødekommende, professionel og gjorde en ekstra indsats for at sikre, at mit problem blev løst. Jeg blev tilbudt en goodwill-kompensation, som blev håndteret hurtigt og effektivt. Det viser, at Airbnb virkelig prioriterer sine brugere og stræber efter at sikre en god oplevelse, selv når tingene ikke går som planlagt. Jeg er meget taknemmelig for deres indsats og kan varmt anbefale Airbnb for deres dedikation til kundeservice og brugertilfredshed. Jeg føler mig tryg ved at bruge platformen igen og sætter stor pris på den support, jeg har fået!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Airbnb. My booking was canceled by Airbnb due to maintenance at the property. The host promised that I could rebook the same property at the same price once it was ready. However, when they sent the link, the dates I needed were already taken by someone else. This left me with no choice but to book a hotel myself at a significantly higher cost, and there was insufficient compensation offered to address the additional expenses. While I understand that cancellations can occur, the rebooking process was poorly handled, and the host’s communication was unclear and disappointing. Airbnb should ensure that guests affected by cancellations are prioritized for rebooking or provided with compensation for the inconvenience and increased costs. I hope Airbnb improves their policies and communication with hosts to prevent situations like this in the future.
