Best Partners ever
AirBnb is a reliable , honest and honest company that you can build trust and business relationship with them . It’s a Win/Win combination where you as a Host guarantee a good house with simple rules and simple house facilities that makes guests comfortable, on the other hand Airbnb company guarantees for you a good Guest who they recommend after checking their identity and make sire they protect you and them and your property through Insurance. Through my 8 years experience with them I can guarantee that this company and their staff are struggling and doing their best to come out with the best equation of having Safe Trip , Safe Host, Safe Guest and safe secured payment . I am happy yo be part of their successful journey and please do not put blame on them because of sone irresponsible Hosts or Guest who made wrong things, make sure that Airbnb it self wouldn’t allow the listing or the guest if they had any hint that they were trouble makers , thats why Review and Rating is so important for both from Guests and Hosts snd Airbnb take it so important and start investigating snd actions in few hours. I highly recommend their services as s guest and as a host .
Airbnb super host
Airbnb is the best host/guest application worldwide. I am a super host with Airbnb, and I guarantee you, even when I started as a host with them. I always got my quick replies and assistance from the Airbnb team and a lot of times I got my assistance from the Airbnb ambassador team. I am proud I am part of Airbnb family. ❤️
Safety issues
One of the listings had elevator shaking problem, AC leaking dirt, broken washing machine and a water heater that gives electric shocks while showering. This maintenance and safety problem has reported several times and they did absolutely nothing. That’s Airbnb.
Horrible app for hosting
Haven’t seen such an unprofessional thing ever in my life!! They cancel bookings after being confirmed on very short notice! Support team is terrible they just copy paste their replies! App has lots of bugs and errors! Worst hosting experience ever!!!
Scam
This application is scam i had a reservation in Melbourne and the reservation was cancel without a reason and they told me there is no refund. This happened before the my flight and i spend a night in the airport because i had no place to go this is airbnb don’t trust this application
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT REPLYING
Me and the host have been trying to reach customer service to solve and issue, with no answer! They keep sending me cold replies! Deducted USD 475 and I’m running out of time! Had to change my flights!!! I need someone to help me please
Fraud and took my money
I made a booking and traveled for 5 hours. When I arrived I waited 2 hours to have access to the apartment however i never got it. I asked for refund the app refund the money as booking credit. There’s no available apartments, my vacation was ruined and i contacted the support for more than 10 times and they refused to give my money back on my bank card. They took my money, they’re ruined my vacation and the support never reply.
Sad
I worked at an Airbnb company for a while and I was a member since 2016 or 2017. However, when the UN listed Airbnb as one of the companies illegally working in Palestinian occupied lands and warned them to leave, Airbnb decided to stop operations but after an uproar in Israel, they decided to keep operations on occupied Palestinian land. And for that I boycott you.
