It’s the third time they cancelled my reservation.… Totaly untrusted. The owner on the property had sold the property , and they still keeping my reservation with out to notify me. Customer support of AIRBNB is zero. Totally unreliable and unsecured
Your app is for a reason BOOK HOMES. I was trying a whole month to book a home for vacation with my friends (10 people) and I couldn’t because it may lead to an unauthorised party. Even tho it wouldn’t I contacted two times airbnb support and it lead to completely nothing. Next time make an app that works.
The best app to find a place to stay wherever you want BUT its spreading has caused the increase in renting or buying any ordinary house in any other way due to the high prices that the houses are offered in this platform which is now a trend that everyone is considering as a factor
My experience with the certain company is terrible. About a month ago, I booked through the app an apartment, which I paid and received confirmation of the booking. When I arrived in my destination, I was unable to track down the owner, and the address of the apartment was fake. When I contacted the company, they offer me a refund which I received after two weeks, but no consideration about my whereabouts. I had no place to stay and I was forced to pay four times the original budget in order to find a place to stay. The company should be more careful about its reputation and after this experience, I don’t think that I would prefer and suggest Airbnb again. They have no professionalism at all.
Απαράδεκτοι και εντελώς αντί επαγγελματίες,,όταν τους χρειάστηκα για να επιλύσουν ένα πρόβλημα σε διανυκτέρευση μου μου στέλνανε για βδομαδες τυποποιημένα μηνύματα.Μίλησα και με εκπροσώπους τους τρεις φορές οι οποίοι μου λέγανε συνέχεια θα επικοινωνήσουμε το συντομότερο μαζι σας και μην ανησυχείτε και δεν το έκαναν ποτέ..
Το support της εταιρίας είναι άθλιο. Βάζει παιδάκια να μιλάνε με τον κόσμο με αποτέλεσμα αλλά να λέει ο ένας αλλά ο άλλος, δεν ενημερώνουν σε αλλαγές που κάνουν και παίζουν με τα λεφτά σου, δεν δίνουν σημασία ενώ τους λες ξεκάθαρα πράγματα και δεν υπάρχει καθόλου υποστήριξη. Μόνο booking !
It’s obviously a quick and safe way to stay somewhere when travelling, governments around the world are lobbying with hotels like a GANG in order to make airbnb more expensive and inaccessible. We shouldn’t let these mafia do that.
Fix your stupid verifications , I got 24 hour retry because you take 2-3 minutes to send a damn code in a text message and I was trying to find what I was doing wrong
It is unacceptable for the customer to pay for example 100$, and the host to receive 60$, and the rest are taken from Airbnb for doing nothing. Shameful. Are you providing cleaners, towels, or anything? NO. We are paying so much money to build our house for Airbnb to be keeping such a big commission.
Έχει πολύ περίπλοκο σύστημα επιλογής κωδικών και συμβόλων και πολλούς περιορισμούς με αποτέλεσμα να σε κάνει να ξεχνάς τον κωδικό σου και μετά όλα πάλι από την αρχή
