Cant search all properties in map

I cant check all property in map because the category must be selected like tiny home

VERIFICATION AS A HOST ALWAYS FAIL

THEY KEEP SAYING MY ID ISNT VALID AND MY FACE IS NOT THE SAME AS ID. IVE BEEN SUPERHOST FOR 5 YEARS

Not user friendly anymore

I think , since this app can’t using idr to pay, for indonesian people is not user friendly anymore.

My AWFUL experience with airbnb

The rental of the house in which I lived with my wife, three-month-old baby and dog was about to end in three days. I booked a house for almost a month. The day before my check-in date my reservation was canceled and I had to wait for a refund of $1500 for 15 days. on the same day, I found another villa also for $1,500 and was supposed to check in the next day, when my current rent was ended. However when I arrived on the desired date, the owner did not contact me for several hours and I realized that this was a fake account on airbnb, which I wrote to support who told me that they want to give the owner a day to get in touch. All this time, we were waiting outside with our baby and dog and. The next day support said that they would give me a refund, which I would also have to wait two weeks. Now I have no money at all and nowhere to live, and I still have a long time to wait for my money, because airbnb is holding it. I heard that this company earns one million dollars per hour, but to compensate me for these inconveniences they gave me a promocode for $100. I have been a loyal customer up to this point, but now I am very disappointed in this service. You should know that if you do not have money for three reservations at once, then do not use this app.

Ground floor

Host did not mention that apartment on ground floor (because many people won’t book it, it also facing the street!), we booked it, then after someone wrote review and mentioned it in review later we asked Airbnb to cancel with full refund, as information messed a very important information and got refuse! No help from Airbnb at all, only quotes from cancellation policy. This is a very bad service, we pay huge fee to Airbnb and when we have a problem no one ready to help. Ground floor means lack of privacy and safety, it means that in 30см from your window people walk, talk, can look into your window (bedroom too!), etc.. And Airbnb says it is not important. Mentioning ground floor is a market standard and Booking, for example, make their hosts mentions it, because it is important.

Unsecure Platform

Your platform is not safe with credit card payment. When I made payment thru your link, I’m surprised that it’s directly paid without OTP request as usually did with other payment link. And my fear is real. Yesterday I made 2nd payment for my booking. Couple hours later someone has hacked my credit card. I immediately called my bank to block out my card as the transaction was still going on. Now it’s still under investigation and I’m not comfortable with it. Please fix your security gateway and try to put OTP or any confirmation from the card holder before deducting the money as we pay your maintenance fee quite expensively. Now I’m worried about how I must pay the 2nd bill of my booking, for sure I won’t do it by credit card anymore.

Racist and rude host, no support from CS

I’ve been becoming airbnb host many times and now guest. Yet i have the most unpleasant experience with one of the host in SG. Very rude, defensive, and gave me a racist comment. Unfortunately Airbnb CS doesnt provide any support. Will never use it again.
