Some of us are loving our previous versions of IOS which I should be able to using Any app including Airbnb just as I do . You gotta extend your eligibility for all kind of users, no need updating to use the app . Gosh cmon I'm so happy with my IPHONE 7 and I wanna able to use apps with remaining IOS version I have, you are able you know. Apps creators , surely you can do as easy as for all
The app is awesome if you don’t mind to be cancelled up to 1 moth before of the stay with no more compensation rather than the refund of the payment. Be careful if you book with months in advance because the host can cancel the apartment and ruin your trip up to 30 days before of your arrival. You will be forced to book other place much more expensive, even you have booked month before knowing the place you were going was going to get expensive due the dates and location. Won’t use the app again

I had the worst experience after I had booked a stay through AIRBNB. After I had paid and booked a stay with Airbnb I had received an email mentioning that my account was removed and all my booking would be cancelled and I will get my refund for the same. I didn’t get my refund till now and the customer care always mention that they are diverting to some special team and they never get in touch with me..really disappointed with the service
Worst app I’ve ever used . They take payment straight away before the host accepts or rejects your request. In case of rejection you have to wait a week for your money back. Also some hosts will not accept your request if you don’t have experience using the app to book previous places. So if you’re a new comer avoid at all costs.
The Airbnb removed my account from Airbnb platform without any evidence. All of my records are gone and the money I already paid cannot be refund.
Airbnb used to be a good app and keeps evolving but removing a key feature like “Earnings” is a silly idea specially when it is available in the mobile web version and desktop web version. Now to view earning you need to click a million times and still the data is not interactive. I would rather uninstall the app rather than maintaining two ways to manage the hosting.
