I ran into some pretty big issues with my host and false advertisement of a property and tried to talk to their support. All they did was tell me they cant do anything and i should take care of the issue myself. I would skip using their services as they are completely useless as soon as you run into issues and they need to take responsibility.
When we encountered a problem with our host, there was no respectful response from support. They transferred us from one representative to another and that's how we lost a lot of money on an apartment we didn't sleep in. We are very disappointed!
I have rented an apartment through Airbnb many times. But this last time I had to face the need to get their help. Unfortunately Airbnb is not helpful at all in solving problems despite their Aircover commitments. They clearly protect the interests of apartment owners and do nothing to solve problems and help apartment tenants. All renters should know and understand that if a problem arises, Airbnb will not help you or protect your rights.
Выдало ошибку о том что жителям России и Белоруси недоступна бронь. Причем тут я гражданка Израиля находящаяся в Милане? Ужасно.
Lately something changed in the app. Can’t see all the apartments ( not even in the list). Can see only the same ones. Update the app but it didn’t help.
Interestingly that airbnb services are worst in US when its actually invented 🥴 very heartbreaking interview with a founder when he even renting his own house in San Francisco but in reality, very different approach. Good luck with that)
The customer support just don’t care of problems in listings and in the apartment, long wait on the call and in the end there’s no results, better to use hotels !!
I have been charged 3 times for one booking, they refuse to refund them on my card, they ask for a payout method even though the app restricts payout in Palestine (my region).
I’m host and i highly do not recommend you to list your apartment on Airbnb. I didn’t get the payment for the guest. Airbnb ignores my messages, no replies and no any official confirmation that they transferred money. Bad experience
