I used this app to book an apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The apartment I booked was extremely dirty, and there were numerous cleanliness issues. When I tried to contact the host, their response was unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service, I received no support. Instead of addressing my concerns, they sided with the host and didn’t offer any proper solutions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. The level of service I expected was not met, and I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

لاتسكنوا الاسرائيلين القـتله في منازلكم 👞

حجزت في البوسة شقة ممتازة ولكن المكان غير امن ابدا حيث اول ليلة الشرطة يتفقدون المكان اخر الليل. وفي اليوم الاخر هناك حالة اعتداء امام الشقة وفي اخر ليلة هناك سيارة مسروقه أحرقت امام الشقة وللاسف لم اصور ولم اقدم شكوى. حدث ذاك في صيف ٢٠١٨ . قبل ايام حجزت في الرياض وتم التواصل مع صاحب السكن وسألته هل المكان (البنايه ) مخصصة للعوائل ؟ أجاب بنعم وان المكان آمن . وللاسف كان مدخل العماره مفتوح ٢٤ ساعه ولا يوجد حارس أمن ولا رقم سري خاص لسكان العماره ، العماره يوجد بها عزّاب وفي العرض لم يضع صور لمدخل العماره الغير نظيف ابدا وشبه مظلم . قدمت شكوى مع الصور وخاصة صورة المحادثه عندما كذب علي ولكن الادارة لاتهتم بمصداقيه العملاء ولم اسكن في الشقة ابدا وتم رفض طلبي ولم استرد اموالي وعند الاتصال بي يقومون بالاتصال ب رنّه واحده فقط . لذلك انصحكم بالحيطه والحذر واخذ جميع صور الشقق ومن المهم جدا اخذ صور لمدخل العمارة.

I reported scam host and Airbnb are doing nothing and their listing is still live. Been chasing Airbnb for more than one month for refund. Disappointed to see they don’t care to keep the platform a safe place and keep scammers away

I had an issue with a host who claimed that i damaged his items, i had proof that i had not, the case was closed and his claims were false , he wrote a review on my profile and it affected me from doing new bookings and they would not remove it saying that it is not violating there rules, yet according to their investigation the claims were false

The worst app ever if you choose to cancel the reservation by mistake, your money will be non refundable

الايجار فيه صعب 1- صديق لي حجز ويقول ذهبت الي السكن ولم اجد سكن غير صحيح !!!!!! 2- انا اكثر من مره احاول ان احجز في لندن ويسألني المالك ماهي جنسيتك !! 3- تسكن على مزاج المالك للاسف اعتقد موقع بوكينق افضل
