Rubbish!! Don’t use this app!!
All the policy sides with the hosts and only protect the hosts. They do not care anything about the guests!!
Mange useriøse utleiere som kansellerer bestillingen i siste liten
De har flere useriøse utleiere på plattformen hvor du får reservert et opphold for at utleieren så kansellerer bookingen din i siste liten. Så tar det lang tid å få refund så når du gir opp på denne plattformen og heller booker hotell, må du legge ut for det før du har mottatt refusjonen. Når man prøver å kontakte kundeservicen er det gjort så vanskelig som mulig og den du snakker med minner mer om en nigeriansk prins fra en e-post-korrespondanse, enn en faktisk kundeservice-ansatt. Fraråder å bruke Airbnb på det sterkeste!
can’t log in
I tried downloading the app after a year, and the second I try logging in by phone number the app closes, so it’s useless to me right now. I can access it perfectly from my computer, but can’t so much as log in on the app on my phone.. I’ll update my review once I’m actually able to access the app.

Hvorfor MÅ jeg velge en av de typene hus dere har? Og hvorfor kan jeg ikke bare sortere etter pris og typ «syden». Appen er bra, men i forhold til hvor populær den er så er det rart at dere ikke har gjort noe med det jeg snakket om
Totalt ubrukelig
Helt ubrukelig app! Man zoomer inn på kart, så dukker det opp nye, og forsvinner igjen bosteder som kommer og går tilfeldig. Man blir lei og utslitt og gir opp.
improvement potential
I like the app as a host. I think the fees are too high for both host and guest, but i do understand that airbnb also want to earn money. But it is making it less accessible for a lot of guests and also hosts. Cause they end up choosing other platforms. SOMETHINGS TO BECOME BETTER - It should be possible as a host to send the guests the check in instructions (like you can do with the check out instructions) - It should be possible to send files. Like a pdf file. - And be able to send all these in an automated message a long with pictures.
