Recently during our trip to Thailand we booked a place for two days on Airbnb. Just before check out we went to breakfast and left our wallet inside. Come back didn’t check and went to another city and realised our money was not there. Called the host to check if anybody went inside and she confirmed her maid did.. she didn’t do anything understand. We lost our bad luck but we leaved a review on the place with all of this.. the Airbnb removed the comment saying it doesn’t go with their policy. lol..they don’t do a thing to protect their customers not even a bad comment..Never using this app again

I cancelled my reservation and Airbnb gave me a receipt of refund and its about 2 months and i got nothing from them

Assalam Alaikum, I booked a room from Airbnb platform on October 26, 2024, the amount of which was 89.1 dollars, which is 24 thousand somethings. There were less people to stay, so after that I talked to the owner, Nadeem Sahib, he told me that you should check it and if you can see it, cancel it, maybe you will get your money back. Then when I canceled the room booking on the Airbnb app, after that they were telling me that now I don't think your money will be refunded, which is why My 24,000 some rupees were also lost, after that Nadeem Sahib talked to me on the phone and charged an extra 9,000 rupees for his camera, the screenshot of which is available with me and I paid that money at that time. Reacquired that room for my family to stay as private conversation so I also filled multiple time application airbnb pay and demanded my money back which I could not get till now I have contacted them several times. I have requested many times to please refund my current amount which has been charged to me apart from my stay, but no one has sent back the money yet. My application is request from airbnb to refund my cutting amount because I am a poor person and I don't have enough money to afford these things so it was not a good thing my first experience It was very useless. Through your application, I tried to contact your representative several times, but no one answered my question or replied anything. I am very embarrassed to use your application so my money which is 24 thousand something is 89.1 us dollars so it should be returned because I didn't use your service. I kindly request you to refund my money as I have not used the service so I should not be charged. Thank u .

Dark mode is not available in the Airbnb app. I am very disappointed. It's such a big company, yet there is no dark mode in its app. Using the Airbnb app in a white theme for extended periods greatly affects the eyes. I also have an eye problem, so using any app in a white theme for too long severely impacts my eyes. Therefore, I request the Airbnb team to please update the app with a dark theme. It's very difficult to use the app in a white theme for an extended time. So, Airbnb team, I will be waiting for your response.

Horrible customer service have deteriorated over the years , ask any old hosts who have been working on this since years of its creation. They treat hosts like dirt, close ur account without explanations, and don’t think it’s important to keep their hosts happy who are actually a major part of the business model. No hosts or properties = no Airbnb . Theives and bandits

I was at airport and booked airbnb accommodation, they cancelled my reservation after right after they deducted my payment--- I just want to say that it was my first experience and it was pathetic and awe-full , regarding my money if you can charge me in seconds then you can refund in minutes as well.

BOYCOTT airbnb for supporting the illegal settlers of israel. never again for anyone.

On 14 july I booked the reservation through Airbnb. We were travelling with the family 10 adults and 5 kids. After the reservation the hotel owner said he will accommodate in one single room only. And according to the pics only 3 beds are in one room. How can they manage 15 person in 3 bedroom space? We contacted Airbnb and open the case within 20 minutes after booking. But they never contacted us back and we paid them advance all are gone. Today is 17 july and they said our case is resolved and they will not refund us. Host behaviour was very rude. He said cancelled the booking and Airbnb never responded us.

Pathetic Business partner services, their Support system doesn’t know anything about airbnb policies. I’m a Host on airbnb in Lahore, Pakistan, my payouts are block from Feb 19 2022 and launched more then 20 Requests first over the app chat support and then over call, every time i called the support they only have a single reply for continues 3 Months “Your request has been escalated to the Concerned department they will contact you theirselves” No One Contact me ever! Later My listing was suspended without even stating any reason. I wont recommend anyone to be a Host on Airbnb, Airbnb is perfect when you will be a guest but not as a business partner!
