Airbnb

I am a super host. Did not allow me to remove negative, biased, and retaliatory reviews and ratings, but instead chose to side with scamming guests who got full refunds of their money. Worst app for hosts.

I cannot connect any payment method because it keeps saying there’s an “error”. I’ve tried multiple cards and online payment methods but it keeps saying error. I searched online and many other people have had this “unsolvable” problem too over the years. Customer service runs you in circles and it seems like they don’t know what they’re talking about. One even kept making irritated sounds and rudely sighing loudly when I was very politely trying to explain my problem. And my payment issue was never fixed.

The feature to add bookings to Apple Wallet is gone and it is so disappointing.

So unacceptable and such a scam for them to keep money credits without an option to widthraw it in our banks. SO FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO BEG FOR MY OWN MONEY. Crappy company instead of attracting more customers, you are repelling more!

I’ve gotten a few bad reviews from guests complaining about stuff that has been openly mentioned in the house rules before they actually book the place. Why is this taken against hosts?? Also, it’s frustrating how guests can just easily ask for their review to be deleted in order to retaliate against hosts but hosts will need to go through an eye of a needle just to attempt to dispute an unfair review only to get shot down in the end. I CAN’T WAIT FOR A COMPETITOR TO COME BY!

You can’t even verify your number, there is a gcash option that doesn’t even work, overall a bad experience i cannot recommend this app for first time users, such a disappointment!

Can’t open my app, it’s needs update but my phone is 7, app needs version iOS 16 or higher, now I can’t open it, so sad needs to buy a new phone?

I’ve used airbnb for years without problem, but on my recent stay, I was being charged a large amount for a water stain in the counter top a week after. They asked for photos or documentation as proof from us, but of course we won’t have any. So they sided with the host and forcing a payment. Will not be using airbnb again, and I encourage people to use hotels instead to avoid these kind of problems.
