Wrong date
Really disappointed. When I search for the location and date , it shows the available airbnb, but the booking date totally different with the search date causing need to cancel booking which caused the 50% loss due to the cancellation policy
Useless app
Always change my date of booking, if I want to make booking then I am sure the date is the date I need, I don’t need flexible arrangement from you. It is annoying and misleading!
Airbnb is a SCAM
User please be careful while you decide to make reservation via Airbnb even they promise you to get a full refund! You will get charged for cross-border transaction fee for nothing! You didnt get to stay, you didnt get anything, you only get to pay for NOTHING!
Last min cancelled without nonsense reason
I’m extremely disappointed in this app. The KL host last minute to cancel my booking without the nonsense reason that they can’t contact us at 4+ when I tried to WhatsApp the host since 12+, he totally never replied me and mia when we made the payment already, and this has caused us that we suddenly cannot find any accommodation. And the airbnb system never even helped us to solve the issue and just tried to ignore it and said the host can’t contact us!? When common sense that if people are oversea, confirmed will buy another country’s eSIM, and they still tried to call our sg number!? He cannot see his WhatsApp? Or I also tried to message the person thru the app, he also never replied! Is that my issue? And cannot be we must check in on time 4pm when he mentioned that we can check in anytime right!? SUPER IRRESPONSIBLE!!
US dollar being charge due to Unclear
AirBNB had set USD as a Main , only click on it then will know other currencies can be use , why so complicated ? Should let Customers opt for what they wanted . I’d cancelled a Property due to unclear charges . Beware n Be Careful Patrons

Airbnb for work is broken
The function to accept booking requests is broken and it’s made me miss out on a ton of bookings before I realized why hosts were not accepting my requests. What a waste of my time.
