AirBNB had set USD as a Main , only click on it then will know other currencies can be use , why so complicated ? Should let Customers opt for what they wanted . I’d cancelled a Property due to unclear charges . Beware n Be Careful Patrons

The function to accept booking requests is broken and it’s made me miss out on a ton of bookings before I realized why hosts were not accepting my requests. What a waste of my time.

Looks like you need to be a professional photographer before they will accept you photo ID Singapore ID has security features to limit photo taking Tried to talk to support and they just had canned answers. Waste of time

Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Experience with Host and Airbnb Customer Service

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had as a guest at one of your listed properties and the subsequent handling of my concerns by Airbnb's customer service team. During my recent stay, I encountered several issues with the host's service, which included a lack of assistance and failure to prioritize my best interests. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with the host directly, I found their responses to be unsatisfactory as they merely reiterated the property's rules without making genuine efforts to resolve the issues at hand or ensure my satisfaction as a guest. Moreover, I am disappointed with the level of support provided by Airbnb's customer service team when I sought assistance in addressing these issues. Instead of advocating for my interests and ensuring a positive resolution, I felt that the support team simply upheld the property's rules without adequately considering my perspective or taking proactive steps to safeguard my rights as a guest. As a loyal Airbnb user, I expect a higher standard of service and accountability from both hosts and the Airbnb platform itself. Unfortunately, the handling of this situation has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer. I am committed to resolving this matter and ensuring that my concerns are heard and addressed appropriately. Therefore, I request a thorough investigation into the issues I have raised and a transparent review of the actions taken by both the host and Airbnb's customer service team. Additionally, I would appreciate your assistance in reaching a fair and satisfactory resolution that upholds the principles of hospitality and guest satisfaction that Airbnb claims to prioritize. Terrible customer service

Airbnb customer service is ver slow. Airbnb owes me money from a booking. The issue is still not resolved after more than two weeks.

If the booking has any problem, then stop me before I pay for it, why take the money away and told me that it will take a week to refund?

After booking a Airbnb for a night, the transaction went through but my account got suspended. I have called Airbnb countless times for more than a month on the refund process but no effort has been made to refund me my sum of $240. I asked for help through emails and awaited their response patiently. They told me to reply to their emails via the Airbnb app, but how can I do that when the very same account has been suspended? This almost seems like a scam and even after calling the help centre, they promised to send a special team to help me out and I even reminded them to not send information that can only be read via my Airbnb account’s inbox, but the same irritating and frustrating process is constantly repeated. Airbnb, please give me my refund that has not been received for more than a month.
