Attention! This has now become a fraudulent service.
I booked an apartment in Valencia, and when I checked out, the host charged me 150 euros, claiming I had damaged his stove, which I obviously did not. I should have read the recent reviews here and realized that Airbnb is no longer a platform for finding accommodations, but a fraudulent platform for hosts to earn money dishonestly. Should I start by photographing everything? But what would that do to my vacation? No, I will never use Airbnb again. There are plenty of other aggregators today that are much more client-friendly and do not engage in fraudulent money-taking, and they offer much better prices.
Thieves
Airbnb is protecting thieves and liars. I was robbed by my host and they did nothing about it.
Some features are unavailable
Service is ok but app has bugs (reviews vanish smth) and many feature are not available in the app, in browser only.
4 years of superhosting
For all the hosts beware of the unfair politics to hosts over guests cancellations. I have hosted for 4 years, upon my first cancellation because I wanted a longer stay before new years. They penalized me 50 euros for 55 worth of stay. My first ever cancelation like that. Use other platforms as well. I think I will never be able to host with them because of such an incorrect move
