Airbnb Support
3 days without my issue being resolved. Airbnb has cost me 3 days of the week with a very simple issue. The support agents have not gone through my cases thoroughly and there is numerous agents on my case at any given time who give me different answers.
I’ve ended up advising them what to do according to the lengthy experience I have with them these past 3 days.
Yashwant is the only Support Ambassador who has found me solutions twice in less than 2 hours yesterday where the rest of his colleagues have been incompetent in assisting me resolve my issue and get back to work.
Airbnb’s platform is brilliant. The support team is sub-par to put it lightly.
BEWARE: they will not give you a cash refund!
Don’t use this service! If you cancel a booking despite the free cancellation they may not give you your money back but will rather give you a Airbnb credit! I have over $2000 stuck in the app which they claim their system cannot refund me!

Tricky App
Really very difficult navigate this app. There are some serious glitches which have resulted in my losing business where I have attempted to make changes to pricing or number of guests and the data does not save
AirBnb helpful when things go wrong
I’ve used Airbnb for ten years. My initial enjoyment came from all the new accommodation options. But recently my appreciation has shifted to their incredible response and assistance when things go wrong. I’ve recently experienced misleading accommodation descriptions and cancelling hosts. Every time when things go wrong or not as planned, Airbnb’s assistance has been incredible. They process any refund immediately, provides monetary and emotional assistance and seem to really care about guests. I now use them for the peace of mind.
Very frustrating
The app continually gives a bad input error and doesn’t load. As a host on the run it’s super frustrating when I cannot open to view listing and details.
Can the developers check this out please?
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing helps.
Too expensive
Airbnb use to be a great place to find decently priced stays
Now the cleaning fees surpass a nights stay, the actual places being rented out aren’t even that clean!
Needless to say the fees they add ontop of a already more expensive booking is CRAZY
This app has become nothing more than a place for greedy people
Stick to booking a hotel!!!! I promise you it’ll be cheaper
