The customer service process was frustrating and unhelpful, and it felt like they were more interested in protecting the host than ensuring fairness for the guest. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Airbnb. I will never use Airbnb again and strongly advise others to be cautious if they decide to book through this platform.

There‘s no option of deleting a message (picture) once it’s been sent in a chat, which is ridiculous given it’s available everywhere now. Sent my credit card details by mistake. Also, the map shows different properties and their amount at different scales.

في حالة الحجز يخصم منك المبلغ كامل مع انه الحجز قابل للاسترداد وعندما تلغي الحجز قبل الموعد لا يتم ارجاع المبلغ الا بعد مرور 10 ايام وهذا غلط لانه المبلغ بالعادة كبير وتحتاج للحجز التالي في حالة الغاء الاول

We were asked to pay for damage we did not cause and we submitted all the documents and any evidence we could find that we did not do it but the customer service ignored us and demanded we pay the host $500. For a piece of fabric that “fell off” a couch that was already there when we checked in. 500 dollars for a damage we did not cause ?? Clearly host just wanted to get a new couch for his apartment and blamed us in the process. Never again , a hotel is much better !

I posted an ad for an apartment rental. At first, the agency requested confidential information, I provided it several times, it did not go through their system for more than a week for some unknown reason! I wrote to the support service who responded uselessly without interest in the problem with their application! After that, they deleted the ad, checked the documents after endless requests and published it! But less than a day later, they decided to delete the account for the violation of communication, at that moment I had not contacted than no one correspondence with no one! Don't waste your time, they remove the real ads with good apartments and apparently rent out only their bad ones, because we can read a lot of bad reviews here.

I will never ever make any reservation thru this application again
