Icons feature doesn’t work

App is outstanding, but I have been trying to sign up for icons for weeks without success. Basically I fill the whole form and when submitting it the screen never finishes loading. Sad this is the case, as this feature seems really promising. I tried submitting a feedback through the app but it’s just too difficult to find where to submit it.

Latest update fail

Latest update still hasn’t fixed the audio. When you switch from hosting to staying it turns off any apple or audio podcasts and knocks off my radio. Why is Airbnb interfering with my other app audio settings anyway? So Nosey!

App no longer works

Error with note “received access code 400”.

Nice app and humans but there’s some big issues You will be charged even if the previous page says that you won’t be charged until host answers money are taken from bank account but no booking confirmation and host are not answering

Not good for hosts

Very minimal help for hosts. One bad review they shut you down

Customer service is seriously lacking

I’ve used this company for many years although never again. I have attempted on 2 occasions over 2 days to book dates in Barcelona. The host has cancelled or not accepted both times although Airbnb have taken 2 amounts of money from my account. I have tried to call customer service, although there isn’t any customer service. I have wanted to raise a complaint although there was little or no interest from supposedly customer services.

My account has been mixed up someone’s else’s huge data breech

It’s an awful logging in system. Been locked out for 3 weeks. Everytime I try to log in it automatically takes Me to a page to sign up and register again !! Everytime I fill in the new register from it says I already have an account. It’s causing huge aniexty and stress as I am due to arrive at booking Saturday The customer service lady said despite it being my email addresse / my ID / MY BANK DETAILS That’s paid for the booking, I am locked out because the name on my app isn’t mine & phone number isn’t !! Concerned how this has been allowed to happened !! Someone can access my account but I can’t !!
