The majority of the times it’s just slow and takes ages to load, constantly crashes and relaunches if it hasn’t been used in a few minutes, quality of connection is often poor, names sometimes don’t appear even if the contact is saved, answer function often doesn’t work, I get a notification confirming a text received and texts nowhere to be found when checking. Overall, just very frustrating to use unfortunately.

The app is really really bad with notifications. You can’t get any notifications for missed calls. And after you open the app you have to wait 20 seconds jus to refresh a single table. Then another tabs just to refresh to see if you had any missed call. Unbelievable that this is company is worth millions and you can’t even do basic improvements on the app.

We switched from 3CX, big mistake. There is a ten second delay for calls to connect. SMS arrive minutes or sometimes even hours after being sent. Aircall support tells us that their system requires a wired set up via Ethernet and doesn’t play well with Bluetooth headphones. What year is this? If only Aircall Sales had of told us this before signing up. Poor quality and support. Avoid.

When trying to call out we get non-stop “this number is currently unreachable”. 

When we receive calls, the delay and skipping in the audio makes it a terrible experience. We end up just dropping it and calling from our regular phone service. A long way to go on making calls. For now we use it to funnel calls to voice mail.

Constant call drop outs, and unreliability.

We have paid for advance analytics which monitor call stats and things like that, but the iPhone app is very basic and you can’t check analytics unless you log into a desktop MAC or PC.

It’s a good product when it works, but for business use it needs a lot of work.

Using Aircall at my workplace I have been able to take calls on the go on my mobile through the Aircall app as well through my computer creating a hands free experience.

Features like the chrome plug in allows you to click a phone number on a web site and have you dial it straight through Aircall . On the app you also have the choice to select what country you are calling saving you finding country codes which is handy.

Deployed to 50 people. Call dashboard with functional call routing underwhelming. Too simplistic. The call quality is too unreliable. Initial connection delays for each call. Poor call quality. Dropped calls.  Calls sound tinny compared to other solutions. Really disappointed as initial testing was ok. Overpriced. Unfortunately would not recommend until they can fix these issues. Promising.
