my tickets are missing
my tickets that were bought on the web are not added to the app. I find them, it says "your reservation has been added", but it has not been added. when I log in to the app it says that you have nothing booked. how is that?

This terrible app with no sense of decent user experience, full of bugs and slow.
Worst App ever!
This app is the worst I have had the opportunity to deal with, it never works and need several attempts to try to access to the bookings. It is a serious matter for such an airline and makes me consider to buy again with AirEuropa, never trying again!

No me ha aceptado como residente lo cual siempre me ha dejado con el DNI, soy residente en Baleares y me han estropeado el viaje. Servicios pésimo tanto online como telefónicamente.
