## AirKey Reviews in United States

### *---- "Stuck in demo mode"
Cannot use the app to verify because it’s stuck in demo mode
-- Fuegozzz, 2025-06-20

### *---- "do NOT use Capital one cards"
I got a capital one card so that I could use it while traveling in Europe and not have to inform my credit card company every time I went to a different country. Unfortunately, every time I made an online purchase they would make me verify it using this app, and while it worked at first, one day it just stopped. Therefore, EVERY SINGLE TIME I needed to buy something online, I was unable to. Vatican tickets, colosseum tickets, reservation fees, etc. I couldn’t even call capital one about it because I had gotten a UK number, and they DO NOT LET YOU even speak to someone if your number doesn’t match a card. Such an unbelievably stupid, frustrating system. Really shows how much they care about their customers.

### ***** "Pretty good"
Not sure what the other people are talking about it not working while in other countries, I’m currently in communist China and if it works here I’m sure it would work anywhere.
-- Velocity <3, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Great in theory, terrible in execution"
It’s not often that I need to use AirKey to verify a transaction. Most of the time when I DO need to verify a transaction however, it’s because I’m trying to purchase a foreign product or service using an online storefront WHILE I AM IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. Unfortunately (I guess because of Capital One’s anti-fraud rules) this app WILL NOT WORK while you are in a country outside of the United States! Thank goodness I have international roaming, otherwise I would be unable to confirm my transaction.
-- NuNu10000, 2025-03-02

### *---- "AirKey"
Doesn’t work
-- Me memei, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Simple fail"
Being directed to download for first time use while trying to commit a financial transaction is a big fail, especially when the app automatically opens up to a demo, and then fails to return back to originating referral site; causing the process to fail
-- Omegamar, 2025-02-15

### *---- "No no"
Does not work
-- Me hate airkey, 2025-02-14

### *---- "Does not work- fix it or stop requiring it"
Most frustrating thing!!! It does not work and customer service was a joke. Had no clue what this thing is. Just keeps declining my transaction! Lost my business to another company over this since they would allow my transaction to go through.
-- amax7532, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It doesn’t work with my Capital One credit card. Nuff said.
-- Ddwy59, 2025-01-30

### *---- "American in Asia"
American tourists, out of the country are not able to use this.
No customer service to help.
Useless.
