This is a total scam!! I’ve booked 2 tickets from Malaysia to Philippines and I have change of plan to reschedule my tickets since there is an option for it. The cs is not responding, I tried to contact the airlines and unfortunately they couldn’t help since I booked it thru agency which is the Airpaz. I initially ask for a refund instead, but they are not responding. This is a big scam!!
Poor customer support. Rescheduled my flight on the same day without the option for a refund! Requested one since i was rebooked twice but they denied it since it was the same day, i didn't even rebook!

I didn’t notice that there’s 200 processing fee during payment. I feel like I was scammed. Use other app instead. Btw, there’s no senior citizen discount. I send a request for the discount.
Always cancelled my booking, my add ons baggage and they refunded it in voucher. Super Inconvenience

I highly discouraged you with this application travel agency because aside from being overpriced.There customer service was the worst .As long as you already paid ur booking , they don’t care about you anymore if you have discrepancies regarding with ur ticket. They just wash their hands and hand their obligation to the airlines , instead of helping they just hang you up without trying to help. AGAIN, IF YOU DONT WANT NIGHTMARE, JUST DONT USE THIS APP NOR THEIR WEBSITE.
