Airthings

Purchased September, and for months the screen has been stuck on a message saying batteries are low. That is despite using the batteries they supplied, buying all new ones, and plugging the device in directly. I have tried connecting and disconnecting the device on the app, changing display settings, and still nearly 5 months later the screen is fixed. It’s just a frustrating experience. We have several other devices in a different location from AirThings that work, albeit without a level of intuitiveness that I’d rate very low.

For radon detector, works as expected. Nicely programmed all in all. Suggestion: add an AM/PM option for time axis on graphs. 24 hour time is not as commonly used in US. Also, would show recommended detector install locations on first launch. I had to dig a little to find this info.

I have two products, and syncing data with devices takes longer than a minute. There are no automatic syncing nor wifi/cloud storage, so if you do not sync the data manually, the device will start deleting the old data.

I cannot get any history. Seems there is no connection to the cloud and thus no history to view. Have been trading emails with an Airthings expert who say everything is fine. But it’s not

App says it’s connected when it’s not. Sync is slow and very often fails. Strange battery readings.

The graphs are not in any hurry to update.

Shows me an agreement, click agree, get a “can’t save” error. Unable to open the app to the device.

Great device that gives you updates throughout the day, week and month.

Very easy to use. Lets you check your devices from anywhere if they’re connected to WiFi.

Worked great for about a week, then the device won’t sync with the app randomly
