The new Airzone Cloud App allows you to control your air conditioning system with Airzone from your smart devices. Now you can also control your Aidoo devices from the same application.



Description:
With Airzone Cloud you no longer need the remote control of your air conditioner or heating.

From your sofa or bed, at your office or while strolling at the park, the Airzone Cloud app lets you control the AC using your smart devices. Turn the air on or off and adjust the temperature in each room separately for maximum comfort with great savings. 

See if you left the AC on in any room, check the temperature where your child is sleeping. Airzone Cloud App leaves all control at your fingertips, anytime and anywhere.  

Easily create time schedules on a specific day or for the whole week and say goodbye to hassling with complicated AC remotes.

Create customized scenes that fit your daily routines.

Limit the temperature and reduce the cost of your air conditioning or heating.

Invite new users to the app and define the level of control you want to give each person.

While I love the heat pump overall I do not understand the minimum heating temperatures- you can’t go below 17C which is silly. In the fall/spring or vacation i want to have a much lower minimum heating temperature, something like10c . So instead i have to leave it off altogether and cycle it on/off manually (if i am home), or have it always heat the house to 17c if i am away and worried about going below freezing 
Why engineers think they have to set minimum ? (I can accept the rationale for minimum cooling or maximum heating temperatures.)

I can’t explain how frustrating and convoluted this app is to use.  They have taken something so basic and made it almost impossible for me to use.  I am going to find a different app and controller for my unit.

1. Identitying individual indoor units is difficult 
2. Using Bluetooth to find devices not ideal.  Should be able to locate via wifi IP address 
3. Energy consumption currencies need more choices (like $Canadian)

Should be a pretty basic no brainer but interface isn’t very intuitive, having to navigate through different steps to set schedules. Then schedules sometimes take but sometimes won’t add.

### ***** "Keeps Getting Better"
I have been using Airzone Cloud to remotely control a Daikin whole home heat pump at a remote location for several years. It has been a reliable and effective app with capabilities for setting the temperature, fan speed, heating or cooling modes and schedule. The latest update added daily graphs of set point, inside and outdoor temperatures and heat pump operating cycles. 

On rare occasions, usually in conjunction with power outages, remote control has been lost and the associated controls have to be reset on site. Fortunately, these occasions are only once or twice per year, and seem to be decreasing. They may be more to do with my internet connection than the controls or the Airzone Cloud app. 

My Daikin heat pump didn’t have any good options for remote control because of the proprietary “thermostat” it uses, so I was delighted when Airzone developed their system. I received good technical support during the initial installation, but have not needed much support since, because the system has been intuitive and reliable. 

Best of all, the app is free and there are no ongoing service charges!

J’ai voulu installer Airzone Aidoo pour mon appareil Airzone Aidoo pour mon contrôle de thermopompe et chauffage Mitsubishi Electric. J’ai fait l’achat pour pouvoir contrôler de mon téléphone plutôt d’aller au mur mais cette application (Airzone Aidoo) ne me laissais pas créer de compte et me disait d’utiliser Airzone Cloud. Cette dernière permet seulement de monter ou baisser la température mais pas de changer de mode ni de contrôler la ventilation et semble avoir pris le contrôle de mon thermostat donc j’ai l’impression d’avoir perdu de ce la fonctionnalité plutôt que d’avoir de la valeur ajoutée… J’ai donc acheté un Airzone Aidoo pour contrôler par wifi mais pour lequel l’application est très limitée…

The app today just say "Loading..." and spins around.  Today is a hot day and maybe everyone is on their smart phones making adjustments.  Maybe Aidoo servers need to be upgraded or more servers added or whatever else.
A flakey app is not good, it has to work 100% of the time.
Please fix this thanks.

We are unable to use this app as Canada does not exist. It requires a location as part of its setup, but the second largest country in the world is not available. Typing Canada gives us Argentina. Typing Ontario gives us the USA. And it will not progress without a valid location. Completely useless.

Unlike other reviews we had no difficulty getting the app working. It’s fine but basic. Coming from Nest, there’s just so much more it could do. Keep adding new features!!!

We just installed a $ 26,000 CAD Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump. Installation was smooth, professional, and we are very satisfied. The technicians stayed an hour longer with us to try an figure out how to get the Airzone app to work. Absolutely nothing we did could get this app to work. Even now, we are still unable to login to our Airzone account. 
We are totally disappointed with this app. There is no contact information or phone number for support. We can’t believe that this app is even available on the App Store, given it’s total uselessness. 
Buy the Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump but don’t waste your time downloading this app.

El funcionamiento correcto, pero en el ipad, si lo intento poner en horizontal como se ve en la foto, eso no funciona, solo en vertical. 

También estaría genial que se incluyera en homekit! para las 5 estrellas, Gracias!
