Looking at the reviews I wasn’t confident, gave it a try nonetheless. Absolute garbage, keeps telling me you already have my email and app glitches after selfie section.

there should be a digital flyer or something that shows what products are in stock at specific stores - would save me from a wasted trip

Used this for 9 months without issue, now refuses to login via apple account.

Had an account for 12 months, today’s update throws an error that my email from Apple Login is invalid - though my email exists in your system 😐 Plz fix

How can you not have a “How To Use” section when your systems are this buggy? I made an account, walked through the store and selected my items, only to get to the cash register and have no idea how to fix the error messages. Cool concept, awful execution.

The app looks sketchy, is slow and needs so much personal information…no thanks. I visited the quad location with a friend who had access once and the items are all over priced, so its a no from me on all dimensions.

Trying to register and it is stuck on a loading screen. I cant even make an account. They also ask for a lot of information about you.

The onboarding process is excruciatingly long and the UX of the app is poorly thought out.

I thought this was gonna be so awesome but it’s has not been. First, the location in my building was closed for over 2 months for a rat infestation they couldn’t control. Now, it’s “open” but the app won’t unlock the door. Like ever. Usually it asks for a payment method that you can’t do anything with. If you do get in, the debit machine is probably down, so… Don’t bother with this crap. Make the trip to a reputable retailer and support them.
