Description

Use this app as an aide in learning the Tarot and improving you readings. The app is able to recognize the 78 cards of the major and minor arcana of the 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck. It then links the recognized card with the divinatory meaning in Mather's 1888 "The Tarot" and description in Waite's 1911 "The Pictorial Key to the Tarot." This app will work with most Rider-Waite-Smith (RWS) tarot decks. It is an aid in learning the tarot and the symbolism therein. Just layout your cards to do your reading. Then use the camera on your device to identify each card in the layout. The divinatory meaning of the card will appear on the bottom of the screen. To access more detail about the card, simply tap on the card.
