Like many people have said I thought this doorbell because of the free storage. A few months in they started charging me £28 a year to view footage. Changing the terms of use like this is very wrong. Do not buy as the same thing will happen to you. Their response when I contacted them was things have gone up and storage is expensive. Just didn’t sit well with me.
App works great with my doorbell camera, clear audio and video as well
I would not recommend. Device is poor and customer service is worse. Unable to actually get someone to help with all my problems.

Can see wind frequently but not a single human shape or conversation recorded in a week. Very disappointing

The doorbell worked ok when first bought But it’s now lost connection with the indoor plugin ringer. We’ve tried every which way to reconnect but it’s proving impossible.
The bell rings with a slight delay, the images are very clear sound quality is very good and the motion sensor is absolutely superb. I have the 30 day video playback subscription and I am now about to renew that subscription because there’s no point of paying the cheaper option for 3 days when for a couple of extra pounds over the year you can get 10X the amount of video playback In my opinion it’s worth every single penny for this device and the yearly subscription fee
I have two Aiwit video door bells, one for the front of the house and one for the back of the house for about a year now. I installed both together on the same day and downloaded the app, everything was working fine. Until about six weeks later, one of the Aiwit video door bell stopped working. It would just not connect whatsoever. There was not way to get in touch with Aiwit. I am left with one Aiwit video door bell but paid for two Aiwit video door bells and paid for two Aiwit video door bells yearly subscription in full but only get the use out of one.
I bought this year’s ago before they were taken over by aiwit when you could look at all your videos for free, now you can’t even see them at all without paying.
