Pathetic app waste of time
Worst app ever
Worst app ever.They wont accept returns and the customer service will lie to you. Even if you try to return an order within return/exchange window the delivery guy will never arrive.

Scam
The service is horrible and they sent wrong size when I tried to to exchange they are saying not available & no exchange too saying a coupon was applied where I am sure I checked while ordering in case I get a wrong size. Pathetic No actions or help given, if I have the option I will give minus 10 star. Going to tell all family, friends and if you are reading this Ajio is a scam, never ever purchase anything here.

Since Azorite has been opened App AJIO has stopped working What about the orders that are on the way Orders that has been in returned bucket , The orders that has been refunded , the AJIO wallet amount , and the refunded amount history or usage ,,, . This is the type how royal and leechar business people are making frauds and black money 🤓🤓🤓🤣 And now they have closed all the customer services as well . Bravo

Bad update
Not able to use app from last few months .it hangs once I start to add something to wishlist .Tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling the app .nothing works
Delivery Issues mostly
Even after repeatedly contacting customer care i was still not able to receive my orders even after one week than that of expected delivery date
