Initially, I faced an issue with a refund for a canceled booking, where I was repeatedly misled. I was first told the refund would be processed within 7 working days. When I followed up after this period, I was informed that I needed to send an email—something that was never mentioned initially. After emailing, I was told it would take another 7–10 working days, and even then, I had to chase them again, only to be told to wait yet another 5 days for the refund to reflect. This endless cycle of delays, excuses, and poor communication is completely unacceptable. On top of this, I had another issue where I paid extra in advance for additional luggage, only to be told at the ticket counter that it wasn’t reflected in their system. I was asked to pay the amount again on the spot, with the assurance that the original payment would be refunded. This additional inconvenience further highlights Akasa Air’s incompetence, with glaring issues in both their customer service and internal systems. These experiences have been deeply frustrating and have shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
