## AKIRA Reviews in United States

### *---- "Definitely needs improvement"
First of all the loading of item seems to take a while and secondly it absolutely kills my experience when I click on an item to look at and when I return back to the items page it takes me back all the way to the top and I have to start the dreadful scroll back to where I left off. Just the worst. I close out of of the app and not look at any more stuff. Please fix it.
-- Brooklyn Angel, 2025-03-19

### *---- "Account"
I can’t login to my account 🙂
-- jevcth, 2025-03-13

### ***-- "Start over again and again"
Every time I select something to look at when I return to the main page it takes me all the way to the top and I have to scroll all the way back down to where I left off. Why can’t it just go back to where I was?
-- TNMBo, 2025-03-13

### ***-- "App will not open"
I love the app and the navigation. But for some reason since the last update, it just will not open! I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times. App just sits at welcome page.
-- TeaShopper, 2025-03-03

### *---- "App is not working"
The recent update must have gone wrong!
-- A4C❣️, 2025-03-02

### *---- "Order"
I placed an order on 1/18 for an event! Money was taken out my account and then received an email on 1/21 stating a return has been credited that I did not do. Customer service was no help in telling me why my order was returned and I gotta wait 7-10 days to receive my refund. My billing and shipping address was correct and item is still in stock. Called FEDEX and was told the label was create but the shipper did not send the item. shopAkiara made it seem as if it was wrong info I put in etc and I did not. I always double check my info. So now I have to wait on a refund and reorder the item and hope it gets handled properly this time.
-- Bkkiara, 2025-01-29

### ***** "Customer Service"
Customer service along with product is top notch!
-- VeeMissDST, 2025-01-27

### *---- "Glitches"
I’ll be scrolling and it will just restart from beginning come on
-- ASIAINA, 2025-01-27

### ***** "Pretty in Pink"
Beautiful dress and fits well
-- Mrs. McMurtry-Harrison, 2025-01-26

### **--- "Glitch"
It's annoying how the app glitches during a search while scrolling and takes you back to the beginning to start over.
