This is our second day at the hotel. I'd like to point out the appalling service. We're staying in Villa 607. Yesterday, my young children and I waited four hours to check in. During that time, we weren't offered a separate area to relax after an overnight flight, nor a welcome compliment—nothing at all. Then came the second day, and it's completely unclear how to order fruit to the villa. We called the number, and they promised to send room service, but an hour and a half has passed—no one has arrived. They also stated that we have priority for a buggy, which is not true. You wait for 10 minutes, completely unsure if one will arrive, and then you have to run back to your room to call, risking missing the buggy. They also stated that the sandy beach is a perk for villa residents. Well, there isn't one, neither a closed nor an open sandy area, or they didn't tell us about it either. Breakfast was at the Injir restaurant. Drinks arrived after 25 minutes (even though there weren't many tables and the restaurant wasn't full), and instead of coffee, they brought tea. The food didn't arrive either. The staff was incredibly slow. The service they promised was nonexistent.
