This is the fake app by Al-fatah store Just to grab money from people I order 5700rs grocery and did payment by card in advance and the delivery time was between 9pm to 11pm tonight 11th oct 2024 but nothing is delivered Even there’s no reponse from the help centre or live chat Al-Fatah store are “SCAMMERS”

Great place to shop and no hassle

Zero options for customer care. The first contact is through the food panda rider who can be decent or recently, obnoxious. I placed an order yesterday. Their food panda rider messages me. I reply after 20 minutes. Order doesn’t arrive. I message Al fatah WhatsApp and they tell me my order was cancelled because I wasn’t responding. There’s no way to file a grievance. Today I finally decided to delete the app because they have big enough business not to care for those harassed by food panda riders. Utterly disappointing!
