## AL Habib Biometric App Reviews in Pakistan

### *---- "Review"
One of the worst ever banking app.
Same Username and Password but account was opening. I forgot my password it’s show that your account has locked. When I unlocked my account then again I forgot my password after that I didn’t receive my OTP.! After 8-10 I received email that your account was locked due to multiple login.
Bank Al habib has always disappointed me.
-- Ajaykumarpuri, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Worst app literally"
When i try to do biometric it just closes without any notification
-- Dang875, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Rubbish App doesn’t work"
I am so frustrated with this app as well as their online banking app as these apps never work smoothly and ask to do biometric again and again. Biometric App from phone camera never works. It is such a complicated process. Finally you have to visit the branch and get the biometric done and this cycle continues.
-- YasirKhan77, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Pathetic Bank"
Pathetic bank - asks to go to bank branch for biometric verification when I have to make an emergency payment (happened twice in last 30 days)
-- whatsapp gb doesnt make dense, 2024-06-06

### ***** "Great experience"
It is very user friendly
-- MohsinZaidi, 2024-06-01

### *---- "This is real pakistani face 😂"
Our company registered us with this bank. I applied for an ATM and received it. When I opened the app, it didn’t indicate that the password would be emailed to me. After three attempts, my account got locked. Haha! Again, I called customer service and they activated it. However, after activating it, the password still didn't work, even though the same password worked on the website. After spending and wasting some time on this application, I am considering resigning from my position or changing my account.

I am not upset or sad because this is pakistan baby.

Don’t try it please 🙏🏽
